The POD is Viaterra's small waterproof tail bag, and it has a second job most riders discover later: it doubles as an expander for the Claw Mini, clipping onto the MOLLE webbing when a trip needs more than the main bag carries.

It is 100% waterproof rather than water resistant, which is the distinction that matters in monsoon riding. Sustained rain at highway speed finds its way through anything merely showerproof; a sealed bag does not care how long it rains.

Two capacities. The 12 litre suits a day's essentials, a change of clothing, or overflow you do not want getting wet. The 22 litre works as a standalone tail bag for short trips as well as an expander.

One honest note: this is deliberately a small bag. For multi-day touring as your only luggage, start with the Claw or Claw Pro and keep the POD for the things that must stay dry.
