Shipping and delivery

Returns and exchanges
Raise a request within 7 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or for a size exchange where applicable. It must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, manuals and invoice. An unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims.
