Product description
The DieselTronic Dual Channel features a new connector which is linked to the turbo of your car. It controls the air intake as well as the fuel intake.
In the P2 mode, the DieselTronic Dual Channel helps reduce the lag. It supports you in reaching the power band much sooner, allowing you to upshift faster thereby reducing the lag. If you are a light footed driver you will push your car a lot a faster and a heavy footed driver would feel light footed.
Tried and tested by users on the worst fuel in India and not abroad like other ECUs, the DieselTronic Dual Channel also controls air and abolishes the problem of black smoke. With the DieselTronic Dual Channel, you can easily reach 3000 RPM as compared to the stock mode. Customers have reported that it takes 1.5 to 2 sec faster hitting 2000 RPM and you can feel the torque coming through. The button needs to be pressed twice to engage the individual modes.
Benefits of DieselTronic Dual Channel Turbocharged Engine
When an engine is turbocharged it boosts its power and also increases its efficiency. A turbo employs waste gasses to generate power so the engine itself does not have to work harder. This signifies that you can use a smaller, turbocharged engine to produce the same amount of power as a larger, naturally-aspirated engine. DieselTronic Dual Channel further improves the performance of the Turbocharger.
What is Turbo Lag?
Turbo lag is the time between pressing the throttle and feeling the rush of torque from a turbocharged engine. If a turbo is small enough to make a substantial amount of boost under low-rpm situations, it would over speed and most likely explode as soon as full throttle was hit. DieselTronic Dual Channel reduces the Turbo Lag.
