Consent for Group Bike Ride: Mumbai to Velas (March 2024)

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the group bike ride from Mumbai to Velas.

By registering for this ride, you agree to the following:

Rider's Responsibility:

1. You understand that cycling carries inherent risks and are solely responsible for your safety throughout the ride.

Health and Fitness:

1. You confirm you are in good health and physically fit to participate in this bike ride.

Safety Measures:

1. You agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the ride organizers and adhere to local traffic laws. This includes wearing proper safety gear like helmets, reflective clothing, and using lights during low-light conditions.

Emergency Contact:

1. You will provide the organizer with your emergency contact information to be used in case of an emergency during the ride.

Liability Release:

1. In exchange for participating in this group bike ride, you release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue the organizers, volunteers, and any involved parties from any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages arising from injury (including death) or damage to property related to your participation in this ride.

Personal Property:

1. You understand that any personal belongings brought on the ride are your sole responsibility. The organizers are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the ride.

Route and End Location:

1. The ride starts and ends in Thane. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from these locations.

Conditions of Participation:

1. You agree to follow the instructions of the ride leaders and behave respectfully towards other participants, pedestrians, and road users. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in your removal from the ride.
